I can't find the fixture I need. Can you create it for me?

EdgeGo uses the AtlaBase library, one of the most comprehensive fixture databases.

If the fixture you need is not listed, you can submit a request directly through our form. We will review your request and forward it to AtlaBase for creation.

How do I update the fixture library?

There are two ways to update the Factory Fixture Library on EdgeG0:

  • Via USB: Download the latest library package and load it into EdgeGo. Documentation.
  • Online Update: Connect EdgeGo to the internet and run the update from System Settings → Library. Documentation.
How do I update EdgeGo software?

The console can be updated using a USB stick or directly from the online server.

  • USB: Copy the update file to a FAT32 stick and insert it into EdgeGo. Documentation.
  • Online: Connect EdgeGo to the internet and update from System Settings → Software. Documentation.
My USB stick is not working, why?

EdgeGo is compatible only with USB sticks formatted in FAT32, max size 32GB.

If you have a larger stick, partition it and format one partition in FAT32 below 32GB.
